Terms & Notices
The most straightforward legal page you will read this year.
What this site is
This is a temporary satirical website created by r/legaltech for April Fools' Day 2026. It is a parody. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Harvey, Legora, or any company mentioned on these pages.
What we collect
Nothing. There is no analytics on this site. No cookies. No tracking pixels. No fingerprinting. No third-party scripts. We don't know who you are, how you got here, or how long you stayed. We are, frankly, impressed you found this page.
What we do with your data
We don't have any of your data, so this section is mercifully short. If you submit an endorsement via the form, that goes to an email inbox. That's it. We won't sell it, share it, or feed it to a language model.
Why this exists
Sometimes we all need a little silliness. The legal tech industry takes itself extremely seriously — which is precisely what makes it so fun to parody. We hope you'll forgive us, and maybe even share a laugh with your colleagues.
How long this site will be up
This site will remain live for as long as it continues to be funny, which we estimate at approximately 48 hours. After that, it becomes a historical artefact of the time the legal tech community briefly considered whether a fake merger was more plausible than the real ones.
